Evidence
Turn an ambiguous question into trustworthy data, analysis and a testable point of view.
Random Walks in HRIf Thanos clicked his fingers and all traces and memories of People Analytics disappeared, how would we build it today in the age of AI?
AI should not flatten every analyst into the same generalist. It should cover the routine work, extend technical range and create more room for the qualities that make somebody exceptional.
Turn an ambiguous question into trustworthy data, analysis and a testable point of view.
Know what matters, what does not and what the evidence can honestly support.
Put the right evidence into the room and help people make a better decision.
Start with the decision that needs to change. Then work backwards to the evidence, analysis and interface that will help somebody make it.
Reliable, robust data matters. But being statistically right is not the finish line. We build algorithms for interesting: insights that change minds, introduce new ideas and influence decisions, without pretending the evidence says more than it does.
There is more data, more noise and more competition for attention. We curate aggressively. We bring the most useful signal, explain what matters and make it clear what does not need attention right now. When we speak, people listen.
Put insight into the flow of work, so evidence is being discussed at the same time decisions are being made. Analytics is more valuable in the conversation than waiting quietly in another dashboard.
Your impact is driven by your greatest strength, not your biggest weakness. We believe everyone in People Analytics has a superpower. We deploy products, AI tools and training to cover the weaknesses so every analyst can focus on what makes them, and their work, the best it can be.
No farts in lifts. We strive to never walk in, announce a nasty problem and leave others to deal with it. We do not work for the People Analytics team. We work for whichever team has the problem, and we ideate, evaluate and collaborate around the interventions and actions that can best solve it. We do not just report what went wrong today. We build a better tomorrow.
We never assume we know what a leader wants to do. We evaluate the options, provide suggestions and positively influence the conversations that lead to decisions. Behaviour is messy and leaders are human. We value humility over accuracy.
